This module enables students to interpret and critically analyse and evaluate financial and economic data – both at an individual aviation organisational level and at a macro level. It enables students to critically analyse the wider financial and economic business environment assessing topics such as supply and demand, costs and revenues, fleet planning, route evaluation and aircraft acquisition. The module further assists students in developing important numerical skills. All theories are grounded in the wider aviation business context.
